MTB & E-Bike
Good energy to go far
If you love cycling and you are not afraid of climbs, here you are in the right place. We have an e-bike charging point, so you can set off with a full battery (both you and the bike!). With the E-Bike (or with a traditional MTB if you have legs and grit) you can reach us by following the Sentiero dei Larici that from the hamlet of Partia d'Amount in the Prà basin leads to us. The path is marked with a "MTB Route" sign, very easy and fun. Finally, you can continue by MTB to Lago Nero, under Colle Manzol at 2500-2600m before returning. If you want some tips on the routes or the conditions of the routes, just ask: we know every curve and every difference in altitude! .

Climbing & Bouldering
Hands on the rocks, head in the clouds
For those looking for vertical climbing, here you can have fun (and sweat!). Equipped cliff: about thirty single pitches from 5A to 7B+, with breathtaking views and quality granite. Mountaineering routes on the surrounding peaks, for those who want to test themselves on longer and more challenging routes. Bouldering area to train, experiment, have fun just a few steps from the refuge. If you need info on the routes, the difficulties or the conditions, just ask us. We are always happy to share experience (and maybe some practical advice).

Canoeing & Fishing
Silence, patience and wonder
Around the refuge, and especially at Lago Lungo, sport fishing is permitted. An activity that requires calm, time and the kind of patience that you quickly learn up here. Fishing is permitted from dawn on the first Sunday in June to dusk on the first Sunday in October (unless the bodies of water are still covered in ice). We recommend that you always find out about local rules and permits required before starting. And if you want to know where the smartest fish are hiding... well, we don't promise anything, but we can give you some advice!
